When you create an account to access the content on the training portal, you need to provide your first name, last name, email address, and password. If you have received login details for an already created account, a training administrator may have registered this information for you in advance.
 The information is used to offer you an individually customised training portal, for example by allowing the portal to keep track of which courses you have started, how far you have progressed in each course, and similar details.
 The information is also used to produce statistics on how the courses are used.
 Your account will remain active until you choose to close it.
